NewtonOne – a database of printed and electronic media, allows a comprehensive search of all Czech sources monitored by the supplier – including print, television, radio, and the internet.

Basic access (thanks to the VISK8A project) only gives access to the „Archiv“ module, which contains sources from 1991 until today.

Subscription doesn’t allow:

• any mass or individual export of reports and articles, nor copying the text (reports can only be read or printed individually)
• using Dashboard and Mediabase modules
• access to the contents of social sites and Slovak media data

Accessible via eduVPN and computers connected to the university network (excluding computers in the building of the Faculty of Social Studies).

All users are logged in under the unified account „Knihovny MU“, so it’s possible to see the search history.
