Sponsored access to those standards that are binding by law (law/decree), i.e. to which a law/decree refers and requires their observance.

The fee is paid by the ministry or other central administrative authority, which is responsible for legislation that requires the binding nature of the sponsored CSN.

The public has access to sponsored standards free of charge after registering on the portal.
